When the discomfort in the stomach gets easier and the serious discomfort in the stomach disappears, you can eat steamed meatballs and cutlets, white bread, lean cuts of meat and boiled fish, cookies. After about 2 weeks, the meals are organized according to rule number 1 or number 2.

Some diet recipes
Steamed fish balls.
For gastritis, the recipe involves the use of lean fish. It is very helpful if you eat cod, cod, and pollock at least 2-3 times a week. You can buy ready-made fillets. If not, you will need to cut the fish.
- 200 g fish fillet;
- 50 g of white bread flour;
- 3 spoons of milk;
- 1 egg whites;
- 15 g of butter;
- salt to the minimum.
Stir well the pulp soaked in milk into the fish fillet. Salt block, roll twice in meat grinder. Add protein to ground meat, mix well. Form small and steamed spring rolls. Pour melted butter onto a plate before serving.
Steamed omelette.
Quail eggs are a great alternative to omelets. They were considered to be very useful, and they also became more subtle.
- 10 quail eggs;
- 3-4 teaspoons of milk;
- 2 teaspoons of flour;
- a little salt; Vegetable oil
- (for mold lubrication).
Beat several times and the eggs are mixed well. All other ingredients except for oil are added to them. Many recipes for gastritis allow the use of finely chopped herbs, so you can remove dill to deodorize. The steam mass is whipped and poured into fat, cooked in a water bath.
Grilled apple with cheese.
This formula is suitable even for people with acute gastritis. In case of illness, especially during the first weeks, the list of allowed fruits is sparse. As a rule, these are bananas and baked apples. This dessert is easy to digest and contains pectin, which improves digestion.
- 3-4 apples;
- 100 g low-fat cottage cheese;
- 1 egg yolk;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 10 g of starch.
Rinse the fruit, cut off the tops in the "lid" form. Use a small spoon to gently remove the seeds and some pulp in a circular motion. Apples must have a wall of at least 1 cm.
In a blender, mix fresh cheese with powdered sugar, yolks and starch. If yes, add vanilla sugar. Tighten the apple "stuffing" until all the sweet cubes are in, then place in the mold with edges. In the oven pre-turned on at 200 degrees, the dessert should be kept for 20-25 minutes. Pouring a little water on the bottom of the baking tray will help make the apple softer.
